When you are ready to start your application, we will ask for information about:
- The property you want to purchase or refinance (or, if you're purchasing a home and haven't yet found a property, the area in which you'd like to purchase)
- Yourself and any co-borrowers
- Your credit
- Your income
- Your assets
- Your debts
Filling out the online application doesn't take much time — once you've given us your information, you can call us at 1-800-811-5385 or one of our mortgage agents will contact you at the number you provide to obtain the additional information and provide you with a decision on your application.
